FireDUp is a pop-up outdoor restaurant where burgers come from a wood fired grill.  ChefD started FireDUp to create a unique atmosphere that was safe for staff and customers to eat outside throughout the summer. 

ChefD says, “for a chef, cooking with wood is a lot of fun and not always easy.  It is a learned skill.”  His new team is FireDUp about using this new skill too.
